OOTA is excited to announce our legislative advocacy day at the Ohio Statehouse (previously scheduled on October 4, 2023) is now back on the schedule for April 10, 2024.

This will be an opportunity for everyone - members and non-members - OT and OTA students and practitioners - to meet and speak with legislators at the statehouse and share personal stories about the importance of occupational therapy for Ohio clients and practitioners. 

This will be an IN-PERSON event in Columbus but preparation for the event will take place virtually prior to April 10th. 

Please complete your registration by March 8th to ensure ample time for scheduling with legislators.
